Call for Papers

Authors wishing to submit a scientific contribution should read the following instructions carefully. An abstract must be submitted and will be reviewed by the scientific committee for consideration. The abstract, single spaced and in English, should include:

• Full title of the paper
• Full name and address of one author for all correspondence
• For each author and co-authors, full name, affiliation, address, phone / fax / e-Mail
• Purpose of the work
• Approach
• Scientific innovation and relevance
• Results (also tables, graphs and diagrams)
• Conclusions

Please consider an adequate layout (Font: Times or Times Roman 12 pt, title of the paper in CAPITAL letters, single spaced, single column, all borders 25 mm). Under no circumstances should the abstract exceed two pages (size A4, 210 x 300 mm).
Please submit a layout in PDF or Microsoft Word (*.doc) file.

Deadlines for Conference Contributions
Closing date for abstracts: 14th of October 2008.
Abstracts can be uploaded via the form on the contribution upload page

Notification of acceptance: 1st of November 2008.

Latest acceptance of full papers (6 pages, which will be published in the Book of Proceedings of RIO 9): 30th of December 2008.

The Book of Proceedings of RIO 9 will be available at the event.
